@Darker Why do you think newer PPG episodes aren't good for kids? Do kids not enjoy it? Are they teaching bad things to kids?

Gi Joe wasn't for comic relief someone was getting stabbed.
Batman was blood from battles.
Power Puff girls professor got cut from glass.
Northwest had a pool of blood from a gun

Are you watching these shows before the comments you're making?

american TV usually cuts out blood from animes in fact

Besides language Naruto, later portions of DBZ, GT, Prince of Tennis, and many other anime didn't cut the blood out. Maybe in the mid 90s and 2010s. But for most part they was left alone. That's cartoon Network alone. If you change the channel some was completely uncensored.
I would argue GI Joe and Batman weren't made for kids but for adolescents (age 12-17).

There's too many layers here regardless, there's really no point in keeping this discussion going.
The creators even said they for kids. Emmeth you're just debating facts now...

Whatever. You know there's a difference between those cartoons and some of the animes I've mentioned.

It should be noted there is also a difference in values between what can and can't be shown to minors.

This is about video games but it does talk about the various restrictions and differences in what's acceptable to people. For example China's attitude towards skeletons, or how the USA treats violence and blood far better than sex and nudity while others play it the opposite. Not everyone has the same view of what a children can see and can't see, An American Tale for example had a creator on board who thinks that as long as it's a happy ending, you can show children anything (and dear lord was that the case remembering back).

By British standards dbz uncensored is probably 12A. DB uncensored might push it to 15, due to sexual content.

In South Asia kids can watch people getting killed at like 5, but god forbid the actors kiss, that scene is like a 15 lol. Jusreign did a pretty good sketch on it.
